1. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPORT

we respectfully request that you communicate your ETA on your day of arrival,
we are available via WhatsApp, Email & SMS.
There is ample on-site, free of charge, parking, we can accommodate most
vehicle types, including motorbikes. Cycles can be stored on site.
Please be aware that this is rural France, having transport is essential as

facilities such as taxis do not serve the area.

2. PETS
We do not accept pets under any circumstances.

3.CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
We look forward to welcoming you personally. Check in is from 16:00 until 20:00.

Please ask if you want to arrive early, although not always possible,

we will try our best to accommodate you.

If you're unable to check-in before 20:00, your cottage keys will be stored in a key safe.

All details will be communicated to you on the morning of your arrival.
Check out by 10:00 am please.

4. POOL
The heated pool is seasonal and shared.

The pool is normally open from mid-May until end September.
Pool hours are from approximately 09:30 until 19:30.

It is locked and covered outside of these hours for safety reasons.
Please respect the pool rules which will be explained upon arrival.
Please bring your own pool towels.

5. QUIET TIMES
We want you to enjoy your stay here and gentle music is a part of that. This is
a quiet, rural hamlet. Out of respect for other guests and the local community,
please do not play excessively loud music. Please reduce noise after 23:00.

6. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LINEN
We provide all bed linen and bathroom towels, please bring your own pool
towels.

7. TOILETS
All of the gîtes are connected to a septic tank, please do not flush anything
down the toilet apart from toilet tissue, bins are provided for everything else.

8. LOG BURNERS
With the exception of La Forge, heating in the living areas is via a log burner.
Normally between early October and early May, weather depending, we
provide a basket of logs each day as part of your rental. We attempt to clean
the fires daily, if the gîte is accessible and the fire is not hot. Additional
firewood can be purchased on site.

9. BREAKFAST
With the exception of July and August, continental breakfast can be provided
between 07:30 and 09:30, this is served to your gite, but is only possible through pre-order.

10. HOUSEKEEPING
We are accustomed to hosting large groups of family and friends.

In inclement weather, it is possible to dine together in Le Manoir. We have had groups of up
to 24 dining together in that gite. If conditions allow, al-fresco dining is one of
the joys of this part of the world. There is ample furniture on site, feel free to
move tables, chairs, parasols etc., but please replace before departure.
Charcoal barbecues are provided, please bring your own charcoal and clean after use.
So as not to encourage local wildlife, please dispose of food waste before retiring.
